TRANSLATION FROM SLOVAK LANGUAGE:
Rights of the data subject relating to processing of personal data.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”) and Act of the National Council of the SR No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as “Act”) the controller processes your personal data to the extent and under conditions stipulated by special regulations.

Purpose of collecting/providing of personal data:
1. improvement of mutual communication to create other or new business opportunities (e.g., making a deal, signing of a contract, delivery of goods, etc.)
2. improvement and speeding up of our services and
3. possibility to perform business activities more customer-oriented
List of personal data:
- invoice details of the customer
- possible contact details: name, surname, title, sex (due to addressing of international customers), address, telephone number, e-mail
- details from register of companies or register of small trades (companies)
The data subject shall not be liable to provide their personal data.
Personal data shall be provided to the following third parties in compliance with special regulations:
- shall not be provided
- personal data shall not be transferred to third countries and
- shall not be published
- in case of legal disputes to law enforcement authorities, public prosecution´s office, insurance company, and the like.
The controller collects, processes, and maintains personal data in compliance with laws. Personal data which have been obtained by now shall be erased upon request of the data subject.
Rights of the data subject relating to processing of personal data
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to such personal data.
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to processing until the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a task carried out in the public interest including objecting profiling. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where personal data are processed based on legitimate interest for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time, and upon the objection the controller shall terminate processing of personal data for purpose of direct marketing.
The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
The data subject shall have the right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office, if suspects that processing of personal data concerning him or her is in conflict with laws.
Other information on personal data
The data subject may contact the authorised person to inform whether providing of personal data is legal or contractual requirement, or requirement necessary to entering into the contract, or if the data subject is liable to provide his or her personal data or inform about possible consequences of failure to provide such data.
I. Principle of Personal Data Protection
Your personal data shall be processed only according to legal regulations given in Regulation or Act on Personal Data Protection. The company as the processor is obliged by law to provide your personal data during inspection, supervision or upon request of authorised authorities of the state and institutions if it stems from special regulations.
The company may provide your personal data also to receivers being mediators (e.g., accounting or personnel agency, IT company, forwarder when goods being delivered). Mediators shall provide for adequate level of personal data protection in compliance with laws related to personal data protection. Access to your personal data shall be restricted to authorised persons of the collector, who shall process them in compliance with laws related to personal data protection.
Your personal data are archived in compliance with retention rules of the collector. Personal data stored in backup storage are used to prevent safety incidents, especially violation of data availability due to a safety incident. The company shall be obliged to backup data in compliance with requirements of the Regulation and Act on Personal Data Protection.
When processing personal data by the collector, you are the data subject, e.g., the person on which personal data related to him or her are processed.

It is an authorised person who shall supervise safe processing of personal data and its compliance with the Regulation and Act on Personal Data Protection, who you can appeal to in case of exercising of your rights.
III. Your rights pursuant to Regulation and Act
Right of access
You shall have the right to a copy of personal data we have available about you as well as information how we use your personal data.
We shall provide you such information by e-mail.
Right to rectification
We adopt adequate measures to provide for accuracy, completeness, and update of information we have about you. If you think that data we have on you are incorrect, incomplete or out of date, please, do not hesitate to ask us to rectify, update, or complete such information.
Right to erasure
You shall have the right to ask to erase your personal data, for instance, if personal data we obtained about you are no more necessary for fulfilment of the original purpose of processing.
Right to restriction of processing
You shall have the right to ask for discontinuing of use of your personal data. For instance in cases when you think that personal data we have on you may be incorrect or you think we do not need to use your personal data.
Right to data portability
Under certain circumstance you have right to ask for transferring of personal data you provided us to any third part according your choice. The right to portability relates only to data which we obtained from you based upon consent or a contract, of which you are a party.
Right to object
You shall have the right to object processing of data which is based on our legitimate interests. In case we do not have substantial legitimate reason for processing and you object it, we shall not process your data further.
Right related to automated individual decision-making and profiling
The processor does not use automated individual decision-making and profiling.
Right to file a complaint

All your motions and complaints shall be duly verified.
